Acid Works opens UK Design Lab at Hope Street Xchange

Super happy to share ACID_WORKS now has a UK office! Aka the ‘UK Design Lab’ with our amazing designer Emilia Apreda holding the fort.

Our building Hope Street Xchange in Sunderland city centre is managed by University of Sunderland‘s business team and located next door to the uni’s design school. Where we will continue to help with workshops, talks and work experience for students. More so, it’s across the street from my mum’s place so expect her making cups of tea for guests. Having a little space in the centre of my home town and family means a lot. Thanks to all of our clients and friends this year for helping to make this happen.
