Welcome to the team Emilia!

We welcome our first full time Acid Worker to the team, Emilia Apreda. She recently graduated from the University of Sunderland with a First Class Honours Degree in Graphic Design. This is her first dip into the professional design world but she actually has a long history of producing artwork, as a realism portrait artist. See her work below!

She explains… “The Face of in Justice is a graphic journal that captures the emotional and tragic tales of innocent people. Who have been wrongly convicted and imprisoned for crimes they did not commit. After many years of having their liberties denied, these men and women were finally exonerated but unfortunately, the greater issue does not end there. This journal allowed me to shine a light on some great injustices around the world with the help of my artistic and design abilities. It was a great achievement, a man who I mention in the book actually reached out to me about how he loved the artwork, which is amazing. I love creating work with a purpose, and wish to keep doing so into my design career.”
What attracted you to Acid Works?
“Gareth is a really cool guy, his brand, experience and methodology really spoke to me when I met him at the university during one of his talks with the students. I’m super excited to work with him and gain some exposure on awesome clients!”
