Overview

Polestar team up with Acid Works to showcase design & innovation at COP28.

During a Polestar owners gathering we raised the concept of bringing the design community together with Polestar to discuss design, innovation and sustainability. 6 months later, Polestar and holding company Al-Futtaim invited us to join global CEO Thomas Ingenlath and the brand new Polestar 3 on stage, For the global climate change summit COP28, in Dubai.

With our background in events focussed on design and community, we pitched the concept to being to the Polestar’s marketing team. It was well received, with  request was to being the unreleased Polestar 3 to wow the audience.

He was blown away when the Polestar team has not only fully realised the idea, which would become the perfect off event for COP28, but they would also bring Polestar CEO Thomas Ingelath to share his thoughts on innovation, sustainability and design to the community. Gareth would sit on a panel to represent the design & owner community, along with Thomas and Daniel (Head of Brand, Middle East).
